Ive started recoding the topsites, as many have requested. It now will allow banners & will auto-size them according to the settings you choose. When i am done it will allow users to add multiple sites. I've also added an option to disable the PM's sent when sites are added/edited. In addition i've added pagination to it. I'll also be adding a way to rate the sites directly from the topsites page.

In the end, it loads alot faster, has more options/features.
