Yet another site with a great generator for htaccess as well as htpasswd

Gives me this result,

If I use htpasswd on my own host I get this result,
htpasswd -c .test stand in the resulting .test file,
stand:G6D3bl8um4FH2

Does it matter? Is the security mod using it's own encription method? or can I use the normal htpasswd on my host system?
