Sorry not sure if this is the right place if its not they you can move it, well any ways, im having a wired kind of trouble, im not sure if its my host, my phpbb, my phpbb database, but im pretty sure its the db, btw i have your security install of the auto backup and the whole package works good thanks for that.

well let me get to the problem, well it looks like it that my database keeps switching, keeps switching between hours/days, if you don't know what i mean well heres the best example i can give.

lets say my board today is

0

now i post stuff in it, make new topics, posts, forums, and now lets say it becomes 1,

but after my best guess is 3-4 hours, it'll become 0 again. so all the new posts, topics, forums i did, are not gonna be there, then after a while its gonna go back to be 1 again, and all the topics i didnt before will be back, but all topics/posts i made when it became 0 gets gone, then keeps doing this, this started happening 2 days ago.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

So basically the database keeps going back in time?

If so, that is not phpBB, that is your host having problems.

yea exactly. so what kinda problems are they having and how can i fix them. or tell them so they can fix it?

You shouldn't have to tell them. If your host is worth a **** & knows anything about what they are doing, they should already know why its doing it & how to fix it. You just need to bring it to their attention.
